Deep cleaning fee: $210 HOUSE RULES: 1) This is a No Smoking unit 2) A valid driver's license, or government issued ID required. 2a) No unregistered guests. A penalty of $150 per will be charged, per guest, per night for any/all unregistered guest(s) 2b) No third-party bookings. 2c) Booking guest must stay the entire duration of booking. 3) Effective April 1st, 2021, City of Miami is requiring that we identify ALL occupants by name. Submit names a minimum of 5 days prior to check-in. 4) Only ONE (1) vehicle will be permitted. 5) Property cannot have occupancy that exceeds fire code of SIX (6) AT ANY TIME. Violation of this rule will result in termination of stay without refund. 6) We expected ALL our Guests to be mindful of other tenants and Guests. This is a multi-plex and your neighbors are close by. Some of the walls are shared with other units, so keep your TV, music and voices at a reasonable level. UNREASONABLY LOUD NOISE PROHIBITED ( 100.02 ). Uninvited noise shall be deemed UNREASONABLY LOUD if it is plainly audible inside of a receiving property across a property line and causes actual interference with a person's peaceful enjoyment of a residence or the peace and tranquility of the surrounding neighborhood (Ord. O 95 35, passed 7 5 95). Penalty of $150 will be charged per violation and/or complaints received from adjacent units. 7) Our property manager has the right to spot check the home without prior notice should it be suspected that a party, use of space or county ordinance violation is taking place. Or, if a noise, occupancy complaint is made. Please keep in mind that our property manager, or even neighbors and other property managers can call in a complaint to the sheriff without our prior knowledge. If renters are found to be in violation of the rules, your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund, and you will have to leave the property immediately. 8) In the event that home is issued a fine, due to violation incurred by Guest, Guest will be responsible to pay the imposed fine, within TWO (2) days. 9) It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential or vacationing purposes. 10) Early check-in and late-check-out may be available upon request. $50 fee will apply. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged a full nightly rate. 11) Fireworks are not allowed on the streets, sidewalks, shared or private yards, covered patios, or driveways of any of our listings. 12) We provide a beautiful tropical shared yard, for all Domino House guests to enjoy. No littering. No urinating. No vomiting in the yard OR Jacuzzi. Any/all these violations will be fined a yard deep cleaning fee of $250 Guest using the Jacuzzi, do so at their own risk and owners and management assume no responsibility for accident or injury. 13) We provide monthly pest control services to all homes due to our sub-tropical climate here in Florida. This does not guarantee that a pest will not find its way into your home from time to time. Your help ensuring that neither doors nor windows are left open, during your stay, is critical to maintaining a pest-free environment. This is especially critical during the summer rainy season. If you happen to encounter any unwanted pests, please notify us immediately so we can have our pest control specialist apply additional treatments, if necessary, in order to prevent further sightings. Be sure that no food, fruits or sweets are left out in the open, OR outside on the patios. 14) Staying with a Pet: Due to the small size of the unit, we can accommodate dogs up t 20lbs. a- Let us know at booking that we will be hosting a 4-legged pet. b- Pets must ALWAYS be supervised by owners c- Pets must kept on a leash INCLUDING in the shared yard. d- Owners are responsible to pick-up IMMEDIATLEY after their pets. Any littering, or failure to pick-up pet waste will result in $150 fine per incident and may result in termination of stay. 15) AC temperature CANNOT be set lower than 72 degrees Fahrenheit which WILL result in the AC elements freezing over. Guest(s) will be responsible for the expense of AC technician service call, in the event that AC coils are found ICED during stay or during check-out inspection. Guest(s) may be charged for additional wall/drywall/ paint damage(s) caused by the inevitable leaking of AC unit as the ice thaws. 16) Guest using the Jacuzzi, do so at their own risk and owners and management assume no responsibility for accident or injury. 17) A fee equal to a normal priced one-night stay may apply for any unauthorized late check-out, as this will cause the housekeeping team to send in additional team members to ensure the home is ready should an arrival be coming in that same day. 18) For the comfort of all guests, Jacuzzi Hours are from 10:00am to 10:00pm. We have a ZERO Tolerance Policy for non-compliance to House Rules. If Guests are found to be in violation of the rules, reservation is subject to cancellation WITHOUT refund and Guests will have to vacate the premises immediately.
