The leasee runs until June 8, 2026 but you are elligible to renew the lease at that point. The property is controlled by a rental company and they are incredible, great service, fast responsiveness, always answers phone calls, etc. This is a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse with a 2 car garage, there no no obstructions in views from the bed rooms and everything in the townhouse is in great condition. We are looking to be moved out by the 22 and would like for someone to take the lease over immediately.
