Please, read all of this and don't just ask if it is available, please let me know a little bit about you! *Please* understand this is for a room in a shared house but has *lots* of privacy! $1700/month, 6 month lease minimum, preference for people who would like to stay longer, with the possibility of some worktrade exchange for extremely driven and competent people. Available for rent is a large (550 sq ft) bedroom with private attached bathroom and giant walk-in closet, in a large shared community home. Comes furnished with a luxury bed, desk, office chair, and nightstands and dresser. Has a large window that mostly looks onto trees and bamboo, gets good but not harsh sunlight. Full bicoastal, year-round ocean sunsets on the balcony. Pukalani in general has fantastic weather, we have the nicest weather on the island, being just on the dry side of the shear line, every night we have the cleanest air in the world (literally) pouring down the hill and right through our house. Maui is nice but here is nicer! All utilities except electricity are included, including ultrafast wifi, and electricity is only your actual metered usage, so if it is more than $20/month you are doing something wrong haha. Off street parking, level 2 chargers for your electric car, and laundry on site. Most of the people living here are between their early 20's and mid 30's. We are all very considerate of each other, and try to hang out when we can, and would love to do more of it if you are the kind of person that likes to organize people! We really enjoy company here and are quite social, generally, but we are definitely not a party house and we do have to keep noise levels quite within reason. Please note that we have a strict no-drugs, no-smoking, no-vaping policy permitted anywhere on the property, and we are *very* light on alcohol at home, it could turn to an alcohol-free home any time if things become a problem. While we love pets, we cannot have them here. We run this house by consensus, so if this is something you are interested in, even if you are interested in a private space and don't plan on being much part of the community (which is fine!) please reply with some info.
