Seeking a new roommate to live at 99 Irving Ave, Providence with three other roommates. We prefer a female young professional or graduate student, non-smoking, mid-20s to mid-30s. No pets. Room available June 1st. The room is on the upstairs floor, 11'x11' with a large closet. It has a window facing south. You would be sharing a bathroom with the other upstairs roommate. Rent per person is $575 a month, and cable (TV and internet) is $27.04 a month. Utilities (gas and electric) vary by season, and average to about $46 a month. The apartment has 5 bedrooms; we keep one as a spare. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are downstairs, two beds and a bath upstairs. Also downstairs are the kitchen, a very large double parlor, and a small sunroom. We have extensive storage and free laundry in the basement. We don't share any of this space with the other unit. Outside is a small backyard with patio furniture and a grill or three. We have parking space for up to 5 cars. The landlords take care of maintaining the yard and shoveling in the winter. They are very responsive and timely with repairs. The house is in the Wayland neighborhood on the East Side, steps away from Wayland Square, Blackstone Boulevard, and Eastside Marketplace. Thayer Street and the Brown campus are easily reached by foot or bus. Most of our neighbors are young families, so you won't hear any undergrads throwing raucous parties. We are all young professionals between 27 and 28. We are pretty good friends, and we are looking for a new roommate who wants to spend time with us and do stuff together, be it chatting in the kitchen, watching a movie, or going to dinner.
