All outdoor areas including the outdoor grill, hammock, chairs, pool area, pool loungers, kayaks, paddleboards, communal bathroom, and picnic table are available on a first come, first serve basis. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level during quiet hours and any conversations should be had inside the house, not near the street, front entrance, or even the patio/balcony areas. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your stay without a refund.
