HI! I'm Jonathan Mann. My wife Juliana and I are renting out the second floor of our home. It's got a large living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is laundry in the basement. It's got a back yard. There's a driveway and a garage. It's a 5 minute walk to UCONN's law school. We have a tenant on the first floor. She's very sweet and likes to garden. We are going to keep a bunch of our stuff on the 3rd floor. We mostly won't be sleeping here, but I am going to be keeping my music studio on the 3rd floor, so I'll be around most days during the day. The third floor has it's own entrance so I can stay out of your way if you want. Just text me, call or email with any questions or if you want to see the place.
