Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with these house rules. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties, small gatherings, or events are not allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only, but vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $500 House Rules Violation fee. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count; we reserve the right to cancel this reservation with no refund if this rule is broken, and a $100 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $500 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the Extra Guests House Rules Violation fee. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), and for any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply, and a $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $500 House Rules Violation fee. No photography or any commercial use on the premises without written permission from the trusted partner. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance (External camera), noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Guests must report any property damage; any unreported damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
