This rental is for a 6 month FURNISHED home rental for a family. Roommates are not generally accepted. My home is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. The house is on a hill. You have an almost 270 degree view of San Antonio from the stairway landing. If you love deer, this is the place to be. Usually there are 15-20 deer a day in the back yard. If you want to see them more often, they accept corn, apples and water as payment for looking at them. Since this rental is for a furnished four to six month lease. All clothing and bedding from just the master bedroom will be removed, but other than that, everything in the house can be used by whoever moves in. Just arrive with your clothes! We are 19 miles from Fort Sam Houston, 14 miles from Lackland AFB, and 29 miles from Randolph AFB. Just about anything you need is within a few miles of the home. Please review the requirements for this home closely. Every person who has shown up for a tour or inquired via email or phone, has not met the requirements. Please do not request a tour if you are not qualified. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, vaping, or other substances) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, garage, and yard. No Illegal Drugs: The possession, use, manufacture, or distribution of any illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. This includes marijuana. Violation of this clause is grounds for immediate lease termination. No Cats Policy: (Small to Medium Dogs Allowed) Cats are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Other pets may be considered with prior written approval and a pet deposit. Utilities: The tenant shall be responsible for payment of all utilities associated with the property, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, internet, and trash service. Landscaping and Yard Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for regular yard maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and weed control. A lawn mower and string trimmer will be provided by the landlord for tenant use. Minor Plumbing Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for addressing minor water leaks in faucets and toilets (e.g., dripping faucets or running toilets) at their own expense. These must be reported if unresolved within 5 days. Major Repairs: The landlord will be responsible for major system failures, including but not limited to HVAC breakdowns, water heater failure, or significant electrical issues. These repairs need to be reported immediately. A list of approved vendors for infrastructure issues will be given to the tenants.
