LVT flooring (no carpet). Personal washer and dryer accessed via a room with shared access. Children live on the top floor, so if you're bothered by the noise of children this might not be a good option. Several parts of the basement remain unfinished including paint on floor boards, doors, and door trim. Also the master shower had a few upper tiles removed but is still fully functioning. Some floor tile in the main bathroom is missing and a few other things that will be obvious during a tour. The basement has its own separate heating controlled by a thermostat but has no cooling -- although the basement stays cool in the low 70s even during the hottest summer days.
