In-person tour will be given on weekends upon request, but as the unit is currently tenant occupied, scheduling ahead is required. There may be multiple interested parties on the same tour. DESCRIPTION: We are looking to rent our townhouse to tidy professionals and/or family who wants a quiet, clean and peaceful home to live. No dogs over 25lb, no cats and no smoking, sorry. The townhouse is a 3 level, light-filled, townhouse with a finished basement within walking and biking distance to the orange line Vienna Metro. Freshly painted, stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, modern light fixtures and faucets, and hardwood flooring throughout. Both the main, basement and master bathroom have been remodeled with white subway tile backsplash or polished marble and modern tile flooring. The house is in the highly rated Oakton school pyramid with elementary, middle and high school consistently ranked high in most years. There is a private backyard and two designated parking spaces that comes with the unit. AVAILABLE: October 1, 2025 and thereafter. Preference will be given to earlier move in dates. PETS: Our preference is for tenants without any pets due to concerns about scratching of hardwood flooring. However, we will consider permitting small dogs 25 lbs and under who are well groomed and whose nails are regularly trimmed (subject to $600 refundable pet deposit and also additional pet rent of $50/month). Any interested tenants with pets must undergo interview and also show us the animal either in person or on a video conference call. IF INTERESTED: Please tell me about yourself (profession and how many people you plan to live with you, etc.). Ideal tenants will have credit score of at least 700 (although we may consider lower score of 660 and above with an explanation) and can provide proof of employment/income or student status prior to moving in. We may video conference to answer any questions before arranging a visit. Hope to hear from you! Tenants are responsible for all utilities (e.g. water and electricity) not already covered by the HOA, and are responsible for mowing the small front yard and backyard (very minimal) although owner will provide a electric battery-powered mower for use. Tenant can also request mowing service for $80-$100 per month and owner will arrange for mowing with professional company.
