PETS: Our preference is for tenants without any pets due to concerns about scratching of hardwood flooring. However, we will consider permitting small dogs 25 lbs and under who are well groomed and whose nails are regularly trimmed (subject to $600 refundable pet deposit and also additional pet rent of $50/month).
