The private patio faces the south and is a great place to relax on sunny days. There is lots of storage throughout the unit and a shared courtyard to enjoy BBQing and hanging with friends. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED: - Electric - Gas - Water - Sewer - Trash - WiFi - Landscaping Electricity, Natural Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, WiFi, and Landscaping are INCLUDED in the monthly rent price.
