We are now ready to find our new tenants and welcome you to your new home.* Our one and only rental home is ready for new tenants. The house has been professionally cleaned, carpets cleaned and some carpet replaced/new. Backyard large trees have been trimmed or taken out to reduce falling branches (photos not updated online yet). HOA access in Highlands Ranch (rec centers, etc) is not included in the rental fee, but is negotiable as are pets for an additional monthly fee. Monthly rental price is based on a two-year lease, but we are open to negotiating for a longer-term lease. Deposit will be the same as the monthly lease fee. We love this home and historically will work with our tenants to professionally make updates that are mutually beneficial. Upstairs: Master with en-suite bathroom that has two sinks and garden tub. Master also has walk-in closet and is very large. There is a sitting room attached to the master than can serve as an office, nursery, etc as it's quite large. Also upstairs is another full bathroom and bedroom. Main level: Living room, dining room, half bath, coat closet, patio doors to deck, kitchen, laundry and access to attached garage. Basement: Finished basement with family room, gas fireplace, wet bar and 3 egress windows. Also another bedroom with attached bathroom. Storage: Home has great storage options under basement stairs or in garage that has a storage loft built in. Yard: Home has sprinkler system and not much to mow. Large trees make this backyard very private for Highlands Ranch although we have recently taken some trees out to limit the deadfall branches for safety. Established rose bushes and greenery.
