Plenty of storage and the house is large so things can be moved around as needed. Rent is $1050 for the other room. Rent includes water, sewage, and landscaping. Electricity, gas and internet are the tenants reasonability. During the more neutral months without AC units or heat running, they typically run about $100 max, during the colder/hotter months is about $250 due to the high delivery fees from Eversource/National Grid. Looking for someone who can sign June 1 2025-May 31st 1 2026, but the room is available now. There is currently a bed in the room and can be left there if preferred. Apartment is pet friendly and there is currently one dog, option for another dog is possible, but no cats. Ideally looking for another working professional in their late 20's early 30's. The landlord will require a credit check and verify income before signing. 12 month lease from June 1 2025-May 31st 2026. Option to move in sooner available.
