My brother and I own this house and we live in rooms upstairs. We are, Colorado natives, office professionals in our late 30s, seasoned/experienced roommates, and are ready for the next roommate. We've had both male and female roommates over the years and looking for one individual occupant around our age and no pets. The downstairs room that is available was just finished a few years ago; it is pretty big (adult-sized), private, and has its own ensuite bathroom. The room is unfurnished but I have some extra furniture for you to use if you'd like. We're pretty laid back and don't throw parties, but we do enjoy the occasional BBQ, game night, and outdoor activities. Utilities/Internet and access to FOUR Recreation Centers ARE INCLUDED with rent. Main floor has shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room. There are 4 bedrooms, but we do not have any plans to rent out the fourth one. We have a very well mannered older Husky, but we cannot have any additional pets.
