Our 1540 sq ft FULLY FURNISHED 3bd/3bth home is mid-island and is nestled in an old growth treed area in the city. 30-day MINIMUM STAY. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED* Electricity has a $300 cap. The area is quiet and peaceful with great neighbors. Manitou Beach is a 5 minute walk thru our back lane, w/ a view of Seattle and Mt Rainier (on a clear day.) The Bainbridge ferry (35 minute ride to Seattle) is an 8 minute drive away. . Alternatively, you can also take the Kingston Ferry to Edmonds which is about a 20 drive to Seattle. On island we have Safeway, Town & Country supermarket (the best) and Ace Hardware. The next town of Poulsbo is a Norway inspired strip with well-curated shops and restaurants. Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, Trader Joes and more is about a 20-35 minute drive to Poulsbo and Silverdale from Bainbridge Island. Keyport and Bremerton past Silverdale also houses a Naval base and a Nuclear submarine facility. The home comfortably accommodates 5 people. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have Murphy beds (a Queen and a full size one) and can easily be converted to an office. .The downstairs bathroom has a small shower; upstairs bath has a large shower; and the master bath has a tub. There are spacious front and back decks for entertaining or to build a fire in the large firepit. Amenities include a Rowing Machine in the TV Room. Aside from basic amenities and appliances in the kitchen which include an induction stove, also available is a coffee maker with an insulated pitcher, Blendtec Blender, an 8 Qt InstAPot, a 10-cup Cuisinart food processor, a 6-cup rice cooker, a Kitchen Aid hand mixer, and an electric pour over water kettle. All Utilities included. Electricity has a $250 cap that landlord is responsible for. Tenant is responsible for overage. House broken trained dogs are okay - 2 pet maximum ($150 per pet - one time non-refundable fee). No Cats please. Fully Furnished medium term rental - 30 day minimum stay. Paper products, dishwashing/ dishwasher soap provided for a week'stay. You are responsible for the continuing supply for the rest of your stay. Cleaning supplies for the whole stay provided.
