    Listing has been updated with additional acreage and info (3/8/2024)! Beautiful parcel in Adams Township, just outside of Baltic area. Some hardwoods, spruce and balsam are on the property. Terrain is varying and a brook/creek may run through part of the property. Power line easement is near the west line of the 38+/- acre parcel and the east line of the 13.4+/- acre parcel. The portion of the property that is currently in CFA and will remain in CFA at the time of closing. Seller has had a portion of the property surveyed to confirm where the access road is on 5th/15th/16th Avenue. Survey has determined that approximately 250’ of the existing 2 track road to access the back 38+/- acres is on the neighboring property. Title agency confirmed title insurance shall provide insurable access based on an easement in a ‘mutually agreed upon location’ in a deed from 1984.
