Rideshare express pools are convenient and cheap way to go to West Oakland BART for about same fees as AC Transit- fast and convenient way to the city since its the last BART stop and all trains pass through there. Room is 10ft x 10 ft plus a closet that is 2 ft by 4ft on 2nd floor. Furnished with full size "captain" bed with storage beneath and drawers, desk with drawers, office chair, flat panel TV wall mounted. I'm the owner in the adjacent master room w bath. A half bath is off the kitchen downstairs for surge times that have not been needed. The upstairs bath is shared with other housemates. First and last to reserve. Garbage and HOA included and base rate for water, gas, electric, recycling, and internet. Security/cleaning/key/utility surge charge deposit of $200 on move in/key provided. Balance needs to be maintained at $200. Month to month initially. Sorry, no pets or smoking/drugs/vaping/drama. Single occupancy. Street parking is always available nearby. Off street parking may be available for additional fee. Move in date can be earlier. Please provide a credit report. No visitors ( a left over from COVID that seems to work well).
