This North Albany home is located in a quiet neighborhood, near a shopping center with grocery, sushi, beer garden/food truck pod, and more. 1 mi from downtown Albany, and 10 mi to downtown Corvallis, you're in a residential suburb, while you want for nothing. There are seasonal fruit trees in the backyard to snack on. There are two additional floor mattresses that can be used in the living room. Please note that this house was originally a three bedroom. As such, the living room and dining room space are designed for a smaller house. By adding in the garage bedroom, this house can now sleep more people, but the dining room can only seat four at a time. There is additional back patio table which can seat another six.
