There is a 1 bedroom casita in the back yard that is a rental for traveling professionals; however, it is separate from the main home so both units are very private. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, and everything you need to make a meal. Non-smokers only as smoking (anything) is not permitted anywhere on the property. Dogs are considered on a case by case basis with an additional $100/mo. rent and larger deposit. No cats. Parking is in the driveway on the street directly in front of the house.
