There is a detached studio which is brand new and very lovely. It can be used as an artist studio, office or guest room, the washer dryer and a nice counter and sink are inside the studio. The back yard is large and beautifully landscaped with sprinklers and drip system. The yard is completely secure with a nice tall back wall that people cannot see over. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a short or long stay. Cotton sheets, plush towels, fully stocked kitchen. Furnished with nice solid furniture, beautiful rugs and art work. All utilities and internet included. Lease will be created for whatever length of stay you require with an option to extend in most cases.
