Our property manager, Lilly, is available to reach at any time! - Please review all of the house rules before booking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed at this property. All guests need to be registered in the booking. Security cameras: There are ring cameras installed on the outside of the house and backyard to ensure head count per every reservation. This is a flexible month-to-month lease requiring a 60-day written notice for termination. A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned in full, provided there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear. Utilities are included up to a specified monthly cap of 400; any usage beyond that amount will be tenant's responsibility. All tenants are required to complete rental application and sign a damage waiver to move-in. An application must be submitted for each person residing in each unit.
