The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, all-clad pots and pans, filtered water, an electric kettle and a french press coffee filter. If you'd like to get out on the water, there's a paddle board at the house and a kayak is stored just down the street on Fresh Pond Beach with access to both the pond and the bay.The wifi is fiber optic, so it is very fast for those planning to work remotely.
