Private entrance, patio space and BBQ grill accessible. Landlord lives on-site. 12 month lease duration preferred; however, shorter leases can be discussed. Owner pays for all water usage and electric up to $75.00. If the electric usage exceeds $75.00 per month, the excess will be added to the next months rent. Maximum of 2 small, non-aggressive dogs are allowed at any given time. The non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 is per pet. Absolutely no smoking inside the residence.
