This property is on a quiet, dead-end street in west Anchorage, near the airport and Kincaid Park. From here, most parts of Anchorage are only 10 minutes away. Lease term is month-to-month. Security deposit and first month's rent due upon lease signing. Owner pays for all utilities and services. Snow plowing includes driveway only; tenant is responsible for shoveling porch(es) and pathway(s). No smoking of any kind allowed indoors or within 15 ft of property.
