I will provide bed linens, pillows, towels, etc. You'd have your own half of the refrigerator and freezer, and your own cupboards in the kitchen. It comes with carport parking and a sunny deck with table and chairs. There's also a large sunny yard with propane grill for barbecuing. No Smoking and No Pets.
