The master bedroom has a spacious master bath. Our home has renovated bathrooms, and stainless appliances. Other features include vaulted ceilings in the living room, laundry on the second floor near the bedrooms with included washer/dryer, and a fenced back yard. Our neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac. Rent includes water/sewer and garbage/recycling. You would need to pay gas and electric (electric is ~$60 per month and gas is ~$25 per month in the summer, and as much as $200 in the winter on a very cold month). Cable or satellite TV/Internet is also available to you at your expense. We are looking for a long term tenant willing to sign a 2 year lease but are open to other arrangements.
