You would also have exclusive access to the garage that has a washer and dryer that will be shared, an infrared sauna, a woman's mountain bike and a stand-up paddleboard that you are welcome to use during your time here. There is a housekeeper that comes once a month (included) for deep cleaning. I am walking distance to new Brighton Beach and about 2 miles from Capitola Village. I'm flexible on move in and move out times ideally January through the end of May but I'm open to shorter or longer depending on the fit. This home is shared by two other young professionals that are often not here except for the evenings, I would like just a single person in this room just because the townhouse itself is on the smaller side and it would be a little too small for four people, but I'm open to a discussion if the fit is right We do have a giant orange kitty that lives here and he kinda runs the house so not really open to pets unless the fit is absolutely perfect. Rent is 1,800 per month. Available Jan 1 through June. Im open to negotiating on the timing and length of stay. There may also be an opportunity to take over the payments for my car while you're here if you don't have a car it's 350 a month and I have a convertible Lexus IS 250 C Available mid December through June.
