(We have some flexibility with those dates.) We prefer subletters that will stay the entire period, buy will consider shorter rentals. One bedroom has a full-sized bed and the other has a twin bed, or we could swap that out for a double futon. Central AC and heat, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Fully equipped with linens, dishes, etc. Lovely screened porch and patio in big back yard. Wonderful location in a quiet Arlington neighborhood near Bluemont and BonAir parks, tennis courts, playgrounds, bike paths. Quick ride on bike path or bus to Ballston metro, 1.2 miles away. No smoking, vaping, incense. Pets may be negotiable (we have to check with our landlord). All utilities included (gas, electric, water/trash, wifi, but no cable TV).
