Sweet little cabin located off of Riceville Road in East Asheville, built in 1930s with additions added in the Sixties. Private setting on one-plus acres with mature landscaping all around. Quiet and peaceful setting, only a few quiet neighbors in the lane whom have lived there for years. 15 minute drive to town--best of both worlds! Minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Warren Wilson College , Shope Creek, and other beautiful nature spots for hiking. One large master bedroom (11 x9) and two smaller rooms flanking the (non-working) fireplace--the additional bedroom (9 x9) and the smaller room (7x9) could be used for plant sunroom/office. The living room is 11 x 19. If you like to garden and enjoy nature, this is a special place for that. The cabin is mostly unfurnished--there is a kitchen table and cabinet. One year lease minimum. If pet(s) are approved, there is a $300 non-refundable fee for each. A cat can be considered, but not if he or she goes outside, as outside cats have become victim to wildlife. A former tenant lost their beloved kitty to wildlife. There are bears and coyotes and other wildlife. For move-in, we require first month's rent and security deposit of $1750. All applicants will be required to fill out an application and credit and background check, which can be done on the Zillow site. Before a tour is scheduled, we'd like to know a little about yourself/yourselves, etc. Owner pays water and trash; all other utilities to be paid by tenant.
