This newly built cottage ensures a comfortable stay with all the amenities of home, in an energy efficient living space. It has A/C and heat provided by a quite, energy efficient, in wall mini split unit, powered by solar from the main house. It is peaceful and quiet, while downtown is merely 2.2 miles away, where you can explore boutiques, restaurants, and art. It is walkable if you like, and the bus stop is only 1/4 mile away.
