My current lease is through May so you'd be taking over til then with the option of renewing! I secured a new job and am wanting to relocate so my commute isn't as far. Rent is $1200/month plus electric and internet (if you choose to have internet). Security deposit is $1200, which is refundable after your lease agreement is over. Very quiet but super convenient in terms of location! The landlord lives right up the road and she's been super helpful and kind! She's okay with pets on a case by case basis, and she's open to couples or roommate situations! Depending on when you move in, I'm willing to ask the landlord to transfer the remainder of the current month's rent that I've paid already so you so you could utilize that your first month!
