Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a fourplex, this apartment offers easy access to I-5, Highway 18, Highway 67, bus lines, stores, restaurants, the Supermall, and Green River College all within a few miles.The cul-de-sac is quiet, and the neighbors in the fourplexes and nearby duplexes are friendly. Over the years, we've built a close-knit community and look out for each other. Off-street parking is available if you have a car. The room is spacious (approx 12x12), well-lit, and freshly painted. It has a large walk-in closet (approx 6x7) with built-in shelves on one side and ample hanging space on both sides and plenty of room for storing boxes and more. It is unfurnished with a good tv mounted already in place but depending on your needs I can help with some furniture items temporarily. The room is available after September 20th, 2025 for one adult only. I do prefer you have your own kitchenware, pans, and bath towels. If not I can provide it temporarily. I'm not accepting pets, but I do have a sweet, spoiled four-year-old lop-eared rabbit named Churro. He's full of personality and often comes out to say hi and see what's going on. Everyone loves him. I keep to myself and stay busy with my projects in the garage, gardening outside, or doing things with my caregiver who comes 3 times a week. So the house is pretty quiet most of the time. The rent is $875 a month due by the 3rd of each month. The following is included in rent, water, garbage, wifi, sewer, and most of the household supplies like dish soap, TP, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc.... The roommate/renter is responsible for 1/2 the Electricity/Power bill monthly usually due on the 15th. This date can be adjusted. There is a non refundable fee of $285 and a refundable $215 security deposit totaling $500 in deposits. Both are required prior to or at key exchange no exceptions. Must be reliable, references required, as well as a background check before approval. You will need to fill out an application which I can send to you via email or text. After the proper screening is complete a decision can be made. There is no drinking in the home, should have good personal hygiene, keeps the room clean and free of odors, and and is respectful in shared areas by cleaning up and leaving things the way they were, no animals, and no traffic. My home is a friendly, respectful, peaceful, and drama free home and I'm looking for someone who values the same.
