The property is on Main Street of Austin, a small Western town that sits at the base of The Grand Mesa National Forest. The Gunnison River is a 15-minute walk. This is a great destination place with easy driving distances: seven minutes to Delta, 30 minutes to Montrose, 50 minutes to Grand Junction, 15 minutes to Cedaredge, 30 minutes to Paonia, one hour to Powderhorn Ski Resort and a two and a half hour drive to Moab. On the corner of Main Street is a special experience: The Yarrow Taproom, a family-oriented meeting place that brings in local food trucks and musicians regularly. Ideal space for traveling nurses, medical technicians, contractors, and/or building construction workers looking for mid-term rental of 3-5 months. This could possibly be one of the most unique renting experiences you've ever had. If you have a friend or co-worker who needs a place, there is another unit next door that is equally special. Side by side units decorated with old West charm, exceedingly spacious and downright delightful to be inside. Owner pays for electric, gas, water, trash, & WiFi. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
