I've really enjoyed living here. The landlord is great. Huge backyard and porch. I utilize the hiking trails that are right at the end of the street every day. It's a quiet neighborhood. I will respond and give necessary details to those who actually leave a well-rounded response. I will not respond to, "Is this still available". I will take it down when it's no longer available. Deposit: 1 month rent. 12 month lease! Willing to sell washer and dryer (perfect working condition) for $200. Also willing to sell all furniture if needed.
