One month rental for May 15 to June 15. We have a sweet beach house on Bainbridge Island in the Port Madison area. Two bedroom, one bath. Primary king bedroom on the main floor; queen bedroom downstairs. There is a separate sitting area downstairs with a queen pull-out. We are looking to rent our home for May 15 to June 15, 2026 - $4,000 for the month and a refundable damage deposit of $500. We look forward to hearing from any interested beach lovers. Bainbridge Island, WA is located 35 minutes by ferry from Seattle. We live in one of the most sought out neighborhoods on the Island. Amazing unobstructed views of Port Madison Bay across a quiet two-lane road. The view from our covered porch & patio below sees much boat activity - and marine life. It might as well be waterfront! As mentioned: Our home has 2 private bedrooms: 1 king on the main floor and 1 queen downstairs. Also, one fully remodeled bath - walk in shower & two sinks - across from the king bedroom. The downstairs has a newly decorated sitting area with large screen TV, a new pullout queen couch. We have a covered porch (with ceiling fan) and lots of seating - as well as a front yard patio below with 6 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view of the Bay and a front yard for corn hole, putting, etc. Our home faces due West for a full day of sun and an evening of sunsets. We belong to a neighborhood community with private community beach, dock, boat launch and miles of forested walking trails. Our home is the quintessential beach cabin - but with modern stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors (except in the primary bedroom & downstairs), all new white Quartz kitchen counters and colorful decorating. We own two kayaks kept at the private beach. Our quiet neighborhood is also surrounded by large fir and Cedar trees giving you a feeling of solitude and relaxation. Strolling our downtown area has many eateries, breweries, wineries, and enough storefronts to satisfy any shopper. We have art galleries, a gorgeous Art Museum and chocolate and ice cream shops. Come visit and see for yourself. One month: May 15 through June 15, 2026. $4000+ $500 refundable damage deposit. :)
