We have a room available for $650/month with a $650 deposit. We're looking for a female roommate to join our calm and respectful home. Pets are negotiable, but please know we already have a few furry friends living here, so being pet-friendly is a must! The room is not furnished, but we do have a king-size bed available if needed. Utilities are not included and are split evenly by room. Cleaning days are also assigned to keep shared spaces tidy. Cooking is welcome as long as you clean up after yourself. You'll have full access to the kitchen, including pantry and fridge space, and we'll provide storage for any kitchen items you bring. Laundry days are assigned to keep things organized. The bathroom is shared with one other person, and there's also a half bath in the house for convenience. No smoking allowed on the property and no overnight guests permitted.
