This bright, cozy, plant-filled townhouse in central Baltimore is owner-occupied by a nurse (26F). I'll be moving into the basement level next month, which opens up the primary bedroom of three upstairs in a calm, clean, thoughtfully kept home. The house has an easy, respectful vibe, independent but friendly. There are two other tenants currently (23f and ~50f). Shared kitchen and living spaces, in-unit laundry, utilities and internet included, and nothing overly formal. Everyone has their own fridge and pantry space, and shared areas stay tidy with simple rotating responsibilities. For March, there's a smaller furnished bedroom with a shared bath for $1,000/month, and a primary bedroom with a private bath for $1,200/month(could do February if needed). For long-term stays (3+ months), rent is $100 less per month. The shared bathroom is only used by two people total, and I'm happy to furnish the primary bedroom if helpful. Two very sweet cats live here, they have access to bedrooms unless doors are closed, and it's totally fine to keep them out of your room if you prefer. The neighborhood is quiet with easy, permit-free street parking and quick access to grocery stores, public transit, and several major hospitals.
