If you don't want the bed, we can arrange it to be empty. - Utilities included (trash, water, gas, and electricity) -One person to a room only. -No pets. -Shared bathroom with another male tenant. -Kitchen: shared space -No smoking inside the house. No drugs. No parties. -Street parking only. - Light cooking. I am clean and organized, therefore, I would like someone who is clean and can clean up after yourself. There are only 2 of us living here so you will be the 3rd person. We don't cook much and are very clean, quiet, and we keep it to ourselves. As long as you can clean up after yourself, wash your own dishes, take out your own trash, and keep the common area clean, you will get along fine. This can be month to month, 6 months, or 1 year lease.
