Hail a ride with the Belleville flyer, Uber, Lyft etc. Very easy access to downtown Belleville, the metro stop is nearby and only costs $1.50 using the flyer. Lots pf restaurants less than a mile away, movie theaters. Scott AFB 8 miles away. It features freshly painted walls, ceiling fans in each room, large closets and it is very clean and comfortable for stress free living. This is a very quiet well maintained neighborhood. Dine-in-kitchen with newer appliances. Large windows for natural light and you can watch the sun rise from your kitchen. You have one parking spot which is a gravel driveway. Lawn care is included in the rental package. We may allow smaller pets that do not shed much. House Rules: NO SMOKING. NO VAPING, SMOKELESS TOBACCO, NO MARIJUANA. If you are a smoker this is not the unit for you, please look elsewhere. No loud parties or loud individuals. This is an owner occupied duplex. The owner is always home.
