We are looking to rent our house downstair's Bright daylight basement mother in law suite with private bathroom & private kitchen. Laundry room is shared with others. Main house entrance shared and downstair's suite entrance. We are looking someone who is financially secure, graduate school level intern or professional to rent , one bedroom MIL apartment in 750 sq ft of living space. That is downstair part of 4 bedroom 3 bath private home in a quiet SE Bellevue residential neighborhood/ near Factoria mall and Eastgate park and ride. Suite is unfurnished, but if you need some furnitures , we have some extra to rent. Single occupancy only. No smoking and Vapor, No illegal drugs, No pets. Minimum 10 months lease.
