No Smoking Inside: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the rental property. A penalty of $1,500 will be applied for cleaning the smoke odor, and this will result in contract termination. 5. Parking: There is one uncovered parking space available on-site. Additionally, there is plenty of safe parking available on the road for additional vehicles. 6. Rental Payment: Tenants are required to pay the whole rental amount 3 months in advance of their arrival and provide a one-month deposit. The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period if there is no damage to the property, furniture or utensils. 7. Manager Visits: on a yearly rental, The manager will conduct frequent, on-appointment visits to the rental property to address any issues or maintenance needs promptly. 8. Included Services: The rental includes HOA services such as water, sewer, trash, and gardening services as gas, electricity and internet and TV services. All services are covered in the rental cost. And a once a week cleaning service is also included. It's important to include these rules in a written rental agreement and have all parties involved sign it.
