All current tenants are male. The homeowners maintain occasional housemate rights and may visit from time to time. Bathrooms There is 1 full bathroom located in the upstairs hallway near the bedrooms and a half bathroom downstairs. Rent and Utilities Rent is $800 per month. Utilities run between $75 and $125 per month depending on the season and are separate from rent. Who We're Looking For Single occupancy only. No pets.
