If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax and recharge, this spot is it. It feels like you're tucked up in the trees, surrounded by nature, with a wall of windows that lets in tons of natural light. It's calm and quiet.
The sunsets here are unreal the photos are unedited and still don't capture how beautiful they are. You can soak them in from the deck, the living room, the dining table, or even while you're cooking dinner.
Inside, you'll find a super comfy king-size bed with soft sheets that make it tough to get up in the morning. The kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook, and there's a full-size washer and dryer right by the entry. The oversized garage has plenty of room for your car, outdoor gear, or even a rec vehicle.
And if you're bringing your pup they're going to love it here. While we don't have a fenced-in yard, that hasn't stopped any of our furry guests from living their best life. What we do have is a designated off-leash dog area that everyone raves about. It's open and backs up to a big hill where dogs can run up, down, and all over meeting new friends and burning off that mountain energy. If your dog enjoys being social, this place is basically their dream come true.
Take peaceful morning walks, sunny afternoon strolls, or relaxing evening loops around the property the lakes, trails, and sunshine make it feel like a true mountain escape while still living very centrally located in town.
Location-wise, you're in the heart of it all close to NW Crossing, Century Drive, Galveston, Drake Park/Mirror Pond, Downtown, and the Amphitheater. All the places you'll want to visit while you're in Bend are nearby. Walking distance depends on the person, of course, but for anyone who enjoys getting outside and soaking up the sunshine, it's definitely doable (and worth it).
Renter's Insurance: All tenants are required to obtain and maintain renter's insurance throughout the duration of the lease. Proof of coverage will be requested prior to move-in.
