The main floor has master bedroom, master bath, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, dining, living room. Upstairs is a very large loft area that has 3 beds and can be used as 2 bedrooms. The unfinished basement contains laundry facility, additional fridge/freezer, and additional access for wet/muddy boots and outdoor gear. House is located near the Bear Dance area on MT HWY 35, and located 100 yards up a private driveway from the highway. Address and tour dates/times will be provided to strong applicants. No access to property or driveway will be allowed without permission. Lease is month to month with earliest start of October 1st, and must end no later than April 30th (No exceptions on exit date). All utilities, and internet, and snow plowing of road is included in the monthly rent. Renters are expected to take good care of property, shovel snow from walkways and keep the house clean.
