    Sunny, south facing room with two windows in quiet neighborhood. There's a large amount of living space in the house, two living rooms, a nice size dining room, a descent size kitchen, unfinished basement with weights and a covered porch with picnic table and hammock. It's a wonderful peaceful space to hang out on in the Spring/Summer/Fall and it looks directly out on open space, with access to miles of trails from the backyard. My home is located in Gunbarrel, in the Heatherwood neighborhood, which is right near 75th and Jay road. I prefer a month to month lease to start out so that we can see if we all enjoy sharing the space. Ideally we will and you'll stay for a while. The intention is to have a longer term renter.
