There are plenty of shared areas, including a full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, home gym, and a covered patio. I'm the homeowner and the only other person living here. I work a regular daytime schedule and I keep the home neat, and orderly. The lease is month to month and I prefer non smokers. A basic background check is required. If there is anything unusual in your background, honesty upfront is appreciated.
