My current tenant, unfortunately, has to break her lease and leave Breck as soon as possible for personal reasons. I (the landlord) am helping her with the transition. Since I plan to move back in at some point in the near future, I'm looking for someone to rent the place for a few weeks or months starting August 9th but the duration is fairly flexible. It can be anything from a few weeks (I still happen to have a STR license for the place) to a few weeks. So, if you need transitional housing or want to spend some time in Breck to enjoy summer or fall, reach out. I will also be flexible on the price for the right person. - The condo was recently fully renovated, is nicely furnished, has amazing views, is right next to a trail that leads to town (15 min walk, 5 min bike ride) and close to a bus stop. It's set-up very well for remote working (standing desk, printed, big monitor, etc.) and has nice amenities (e.g. washer/dryer, humidifiers, nice TVs, soaking bathtub, plenty of storage, smart door lock, etc.) - No smoking - No pets unless hypoallergenic - Utilities included if lease is monthly
