Overnight Guests: Overnight Guests are allowed 1 night a week. 1 overnight guest will be permitted to stay per week. Common Areas (Kitchen, Bathrooms, & Passageway): Tenant agrees to share common areas with other tenants and be respectful of the space. Cleanliness Expectations: Each Tenant will keep his or her bedroom, as well as the Common Areas, including the floors and all appliances, fixtures, and furnishings, in clean, sanitary, and good condition and repair. The tenant will maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the Common Areas and share in the responsibility of cleaning the Common Areas. Such as cleaning up after themselves without being told to do so. Tenant further agrees not to make, or carry out any alterations or to decorate, without first obtaining the Landlord's approval in writing. This includes installing cameras, and tv mounts. Smoking and Alcohol Use: Allowed to smoke in the following areas: _____Front Porch, and Front Yard. Drinking alcohol: Alcohol is allowed but please be respectful to the other tenants.
