Off-street parking. One small-medium sized dog possible. No cats. $1800 per month for one or two months. $1600 Month-to-month with a minimum of three months. Late fee of $100 as of the 6th of the month. $850 Deposit is refundable at the end of the lease if there is no damage to property. Cleaning deposit of $150 is non refundable.
