The wood door you see pictured on the green wall leads first into a smaller room that serves as a kitchenette/office. The entry room leads to an extra large studio/bedroom. The large master bathroom can be entered from both the small room or the large studio/bedroom. The exterior bathroom door leads to the covered washer and dryer. There is a fully fenced yard so a dog is welcome as well as cats. Washer/dryer is shared with the other 2 adults living in the front of home in a common covered area outside main kitchen. Unit is furnished with super comfortable queen size bed with 4 large drawers below. There is a couch and coffee table, a desk, dining table, full size refrigerator and various food prep appliances available. While the simple kitchen is in your private unit you would also have access to the shared house kitchen as you like and access to its additional supplies. Happy to provide anything you feel is essential to be comfortable. There is a 55" 4K TV. Large walk in closet with built in shelves and lots of hanging space. The location is amazing, on a quiet dead end street 1/2 block from the Whole Foods on Alameda in Burbank. Its close to Warner Brothers, Disney Studios and Universal Studios. Lots of street parking and a residential parking permit can be obtained; otherwise its 2 hour parking during business hours. I have a guest pass to hold you over until you have a residential pass. $ 1800 per month with utilities and internet included.
